Question: Where do these runs happen? 

Answer: The location that works for you. Pat is located near the Fischer's Park in Lansdale which has a nice 1 mile loop but we are open to finding a location that may work better for your location. 

Question: How long is a typical run?

Answer: Most runs are around an hour, but the distance and duration depend on your goals.

Question: How do I pay? 

Answer: Cash, Venmo, or Paypal when we meet up. 

Question: Can I schedule reoccurring runs? 

Answer: Yes, some people like once a week runs, we can talk about your goals and what would make sense for you.

Question: Does my running partner change? 

Answer: No, Pat is currently the only employee so you'll be able to build consistency with one person. 

Question: It's getting darker earlier, is that an issue? 

Answer:  Safety is our highest priority,  Pat has an excellent running light but we can schedule runs at a track if concerned about darkness.
